YOUTH & STUDENT INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION & EMPLOYMENT AGENCY LTD (SIA “JSSINA”, Registration in Latvia No. 4000352185) is one of the first employment agencies in Latvia to specialize in recruiting temporary and permanent staff for UK employers in Latvia, Poland, Lithuania and Estonia. Our work is fully licensed under the GLA, unique reference number SIAJ0001, but JSSINA itself IS NOT A GANGMASTER.

Since the formation of JSSINA in 2000, we have created one of the biggest databases of permanent, temporary and contracted staff.

During the first 4 years of our work from 2000 to 2004 we were recruiting for SAWS operators but became independent with Latvia joining the EU in 2004.

We have three offices in Latvia. Our head office is based in Riga, another one in Daugavpils (the second largest city in Latvia) and the third in Rezekne (Latgale region).

We mostly specialize in providing agricultural/horticultural and hotel staff throughout the UK. Now that Latvia has become a member of the European Union we can provide a much wider range of the best qualified staff in every sphere of modern business, ranging from agricultural staff to IT specialists.

All our staff have had agricultural jobs and experience of living in the UK. This helps us providing realistic information to potential employees.

JSSINA was the very first agency in Latvia to obtain a Gangmaster Licensing Authority licence (in February 2007). Our unique reference number is SIAJ0001. JSSINA strictly obeys GLA rules and permanently monitors GLA news.

Our work is also fully licensed by the Latvian authorities, licence Nr 3/2009
